CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, PARTNER

Nic Porter is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Triiio Group, where he leads the firm’s strategy, investment direction, and execution across development, construction, and operations. He has more than a decade of experience in real estate development and has founded and led multiple real estate companies, guiding projects through acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and long-term planning across a range of residential and mixed-use work. He brings a long-term, community-focused perspective to every project. Nic is a graduate of the University of Utah.

Outside of work, Nic is a competitive cyclist and stays involved in the community, serving on the board of the Logan Race Club and as head coach of the Green Canyon High School mountain bike team. He also loves traveling and spending time with his family.

PARTNER

Craig has spent more than 25 years working at major financial advisory firms, helping clients navigate investment decisions, long-term planning, and wealth management. His career also includes hands-on experience in real estate development, giving him a strong understanding of how thoughtful planning and disciplined strategy play out on the ground.

At Triiio Group, Craig brings that dual perspective to his role, offering strategic oversight and investment management expertise that guide the firm’s approach to capital, underwriting, and long-range planning. He is a Certified Financial Planner and a graduate of Utah State University, where he earned his degree in Finance.

Craig is an avid waterskier and constructed a private ski-lake community in his hometown. Craig enjoys skiing with his kids, who have been recognized nationally for slalom and jump skiing.

Jon is a seasoned business owner and investor with a strong track record of entrepreneurial leadership and real estate development. Over the course of his career, he has founded, operated, and invested in multiple companies across a range of industries, giving him a broad perspective on business operations, growth strategy, and capital allocation. Jon leverages this diverse experience to identify, evaluate, and advance strategic investment opportunities.

His approach is characterized by a balance of hands-on management and disciplined capital deployment, allowing him to understand both the operational realities of a business and the long-term value of thoughtful investment decisions. This combination informs his work at Triiio Group and strengthens the firm’s ability to source and grow high-quality opportunities.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys just about anything outdoors and maintains an active lifestyle.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, PARTNER

Erik serves as Chief Financial Officer for Triiio, overseeing all finance, accounting, asset management, and property management operations. He leads the firm’s reporting, investment management, financial modeling, debt financing, and accounting functions. Erik’s decade of experience spans multifamily, office, retail, industrial, development, construction, and management, including roles with major regional real estate investment firms.

Erik earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University and later completed a master’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
